Product Leadership
I have worked at two companies for a total of 21 years and have a proven track record of successfully leading and mentoring global product teams. Throughout my career, I've consistently achieved the highest internal upward evaluation scores and maintained significantly higher employee tenure compared to any other department.

Navigation Update
It is important not only to make design changes but also to track their impact. This is from a presentation to internal stakeholders showing an increase in user stickiness from a design update.

Customer Advisory Board
I created Customer Advisory Boards that included key clients meeting on a quarterly basis. The focus was on specific product features, aiming to promote an open forum for all to participate and provide feedback. I usually sent a survey prior to the meeting to help determine meeting focus. The meeting agenda included:
-
An overview of current directions ("Where are we going")
-
Updates to the roadmap since the last meeting
-
A preview of upcoming features
-
Interactive activities, sometimes including breakout sessions

Internal Communications
I have implemented various methods for internal communication to share updates and knowledge: HyperFeed - "Service Bulletin": Printed (this was a long time ago) and placed on every employee's desk. Hostway - "PALs" (Product Announcement Letter): Emailed for every feature upgrade and new product release. Bug fixes were bundled with feature upgrades and were included in the communication. WellRight - "Internal Release Notes": Emailed after every release (we were Agile, so we had a release every two weeks) . WellRight - "Product Rollout Meetings":  Presented by the Product Marketing and Management Teams prior to any big feature or new product release. WellRight "Product Quarterly Updates": Presentation sent which consolidated all the updates communicated throughout the quarter by all the Product Teams (Product Content, Design, Documentation, Management, Marketing, and Training). Also, we used this to communicate product metrics and data. WellRight - "Stakeholders Meeting" - Created for two reasons: 1) To inform key stakeholders on updates based directly on their feedback 2) To create a discussion on roadmap priority decisions and promoted synergies across departments.
